The Hospital Housekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within healthcare facilities. This position supports patient care indirectly by ensuring patient rooms and common areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, hallways, and common areas
- Dispose of waste according to hospital protocols
- Prepare patient rooms for new admissions
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards
- Support environmental services team to maintain facility cleanliness
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting
