Family Physician: Outpatient Clinic & Community Impact

6AM City, LLC is seeking a physician for a permanent and full-time position in Dixon, IL. This role involves working in a small, independent community hospital, replacing a retiring doctor. Benefits include full health coverage, retirement benefits, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage. The ideal candidate will hold either a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree and must be current resident, board eligible or board certified.
