Overview
A growing financial services organization in the insurance sector is seeking a finance professional to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making across its business. The position will span FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, financial modeling, insurance-related financial analysis, and process improvement. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-moving environment, gain exposure to senior leadership, and help build and improve finance processes as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support business decisions.
- Evaluate business opportunities, financial trends, and potential risks.
- Review financial information, agreements, and business arrangements.
- Monitor financial performance and support risk assessment activities.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
- Support the development of scalable processes, controls, and best practices.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, special projects, and ongoing finance function development.
