Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Services
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Contract
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Thursday – Saturday | 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 30–38 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Services for an exciting Travel or Local job in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and respond to youth health concerns and provide appropriate nursing care.

• Conduct intake health screenings for newly admitted youth.

• Obtain and process blood, urine, and other specimen samples.

• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient health conditions and vital signs.

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.

• Provide direct patient care and emergency medical treatment when needed.

• Administer vaccinations and assist with tuberculosis (TB) testing programs.

• Coordinate treatment plans with healthcare team members and providers.

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

• Ensure medical supplies and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.

• Support health and safety initiatives while adhering to nursing standards and regulations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona required.

• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

• Strong documentation and patient care management skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
