Skilled Laborer – Full‑Time | Hands‑On Industrial Work | Growth Opportunity

Join a reliable, safety‑driven team that builds reinforced precast concrete products used in major construction, drainage, and infrastructure projects. No concrete experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Perform general labor tasks to help manufacture concrete pipes, drainage structures, and box culverts
• Assist with machine setup, operation, and adjustments (training provided)
• Support concrete finishing to ensure products meet quality standards
• Stage, move, and organize materials to keep production flowing
• Complete basic quality checks to verify products meet structural requirements
• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment (certification a plus, training available)
• Work indoors and outdoors in a busy industrial environment
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfort working around machinery, tools, and cement‑based products
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions

• Experience with concrete or precast products
• Forklift experience or certification
• Background in industrial or construction environments
• Interest in growing into lead or supervisory roles

• Work on products used in nuclear, storm drainage, construction, and sewer projects

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
