Position Details:
- Full-time and part-time openings available
- Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays is required
- Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience
- Shift Differentials: PM $2.50/hour | Nights $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin
What You'll Do:
- Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
- Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings
What You'll Receive:
- $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
- $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
- $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates (Must be relocating more than 100 miles away from La Crosse, WI)

What You Need:
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) National Board for Respiratory Care
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) State of Wisconsin
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 2 years of hire
- Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
