Bean & Bottle HTX is a neighborhood café in the heart of Memorial Villages, serving up quality coffee, fresh food, and a genuinely welcoming experience. We’re looking for a dependable, team-oriented cook who can keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes — especially when the morning rush hits.

If you’ve got short-order experience, solid prep skills, and a calm, can-do attitude, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do:
– Cook café-style, short-order items with consistency and attention to detail
– Handle daily prep (chopping, portioning, stocking, and setup)
– Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully up to health code standards
– Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service
– Support catering prep and occasional event needs

What You Bring:
– 2+ years of experience in a café, short-order, or similar kitchen
– Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
– Reliability — you show up on time, ready to go
– Availability for mornings and weekends
– A positive, team-first attitude
