QA Manual Engineer (with automation skills)

Tech stack: React Native (mobile apps) API: REST, Postman Mobile testing tools: TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Charles Proxy Test management: Jira, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr Logs & monitoring: Datadog Browser DevTools Basic AWS Automation awareness: Playwright, Appium Requirements: 5+ years of experience in QA At least 2 years of experience in mobile testing Hands‑on experience with React Native applications Strong experience in API testing (Postman, REST APIs) Experience in payment testing: transaction flows failed payments, refunds invoices and transaction history Experience with mobile testing tools (TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution, Charles Proxy) Familiarity with browser DevTools Experience with test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, Xray, Zephyr) Experience with log management tools (e.g. Datadog) ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or higher) Practical use of AI tools in QA (test case generation, requirements analysis, bug reporting, edge cases) Basic knowledge of AWS English level: C1 Nice to have: Experience in EV / e‑mobility / charging infrastructure domain Experience working in complex platform ecosystems (web + mobile + payments) Initial experience with test automation (Playwright, Appium) Interest in developing towards automation Experienced in using AI tools in day‑to‑day workflow Project description: The project focuses on the development and evolution of a complex e‑mobility platform ecosystem supporting CPO (Charge Point Operator) and eMSP (e‑Mobility Service Provider) solutions. The platform integrates: web and mobile applications payment systems operational tools monitoring solutions It is used by both business clients and end users. Teams work in cross‑functional setups, each responsible for specific platform domains and business processes. The organization consists of 20+ professionals collaborating closely across product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Work is conducted in standard Polish business hours. Main responsibilities: Perform manual testing of mobile (React Native) and web applications Design and execute test cases based on requirements and product understanding Conduct API testing (Postman, REST) Validate complex payment flows (transactions, refunds, failures) Analyze logs and investigate issues using tools like Datadog Identify, report, and track defects with clear documentation Collaborate closely with developers, product, and other QA team members Use AI tools to optimize QA processes (test cases, analysis, reporting) Support test planning and contribute to quality strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
