Webster Financial Corporation is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor to lead a team of bankers and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales of banking products. The role includes coaching, onboarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will engage customers, perform teller tasks as needed, and help execute branch initiatives to grow profitability.
