Youll set the stage for a smooth sales process by providing exceptional customer service, gathering key information, and creating a positive first impression./ppYour day begins between 8:00am and 9:00am by reviewing incoming inquiries from phone calls, emails, and online form submissions. Youll spend your morning answering calls, greeting potential clients with enthusiasm, and gathering key details about their rental needs./ppThroughout the day, youll be filtering and prioritizing leads, updating CRM records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure every inquiry is handled efficiently. Some moments might be spent responding to customer questions about products, pricing, and availability, while others will involve scheduling follow-up calls or directing high-priority leads to the appropriate account specialist./ppBy the afternoon, youll be following up on missed calls, checking on existing inquiries, and ensuring that no opportunity slips through the cracks.
