Overview Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Greenwood Meadows . Full-Time Night Shift Available. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents, using clinical skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being. Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff to support holistic care. Collaborate with the care team to meet residents\' needs and ensure coordinated care. Skills Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents. Leadership: Promote teamwork within the care team to exceed the needs of residents. Interpersonal Communication: Support a respectful and positive work environment. Requirements Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficient medication management skills. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
