The company designs, produces and showcases custom made furniture products.**POSITION PROFILE:**Performs the assembly of furniture units from a kit of components previously prepared and tailored for fitting.**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Assembly of products: + Product completion per Production Schedule + Meet all critical dimensions and product characteristics. + Maintain work station clean, organized and safe. + Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required. + Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time. + Observe all company policies and standard practices. + Participate on all required continuous improvement activities.**REQUIRED SKILLS*** Reading and understanding drawings, dimensions, views and tolerances.* Proficient using equipment and hand tools such: + Bench saw + Miter saw/Radial saw + Band saw + Planer/Jointer + Electrical tools: Router, screw driver, sander. + Hand tools.* Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment while managing multiple projects.* Strong attention to detail and flawless results.* Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE*** A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency* 2+ years previous experience of carpentry.**Who We Hire?** Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
