Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences required. Lean Manufacturing training preferred.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years of industrial engineering and project management experience. 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing environments. Knowledge of project management, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, ISO standards, and health & safety practices.

Job Duties: Lead engineering teams in developing and improving manufacturing processes for metal and titanium products. Direct tooling department and provide oversight to mandrel shop operations. Analyze manufacturing performance and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Manage engineering projects, facility upgrades, and equipment improvement initiatives. Develop standard operating procedures, routings, and process documentation. Monitor equipment effectiveness and support maintenance reliability efforts. Train, coach, and supervise engineering staff while driving accountability and performance. Collaborate with plant leadership to establish priorities and support operational goals. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and security requirements.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to move throughout a manufacturing facility. Capability to inspect equipment and production processes. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and customers. Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
