Practice Development Consultant – North Texas Posted Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 5:00 AM Cynosure leads the medical aesthetics industry with purpose‑driven business improving patient lives and practitioner livelihoods. Responsibilities Safely travel within the designated territory to engage and support Cynosure and Lutronic accounts, growing both existing and new business opportunities. Conduct on‑site account visits, building strong, lasting relationships with providers, owners and staff. Prospect and open new ampoules and face mask accounts. Educate customers on practice development strategies, sales planning, and utilization improvements. Deliver clinical education and in‑office events to drive sales outcomes. Organize and deliver outstanding education experiences on the face mask and ampoule lines. Obtain orders for consumables, face masks, and ampoules and schedule visits based on territory coverage plans. Maintain accurate reporting activities in Salesforce.com. Represent the company at customer events such as open houses and lunch and learns. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives. Collect before and after photos and advanced treatment feedback from customers. Consistently embody the “Exceptional Everyday” customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 3‑5 years of sales or field‑based marketing experience; practice development experience preferred. Experience working directly with customers and solid understanding of marketing (traditional, digital, and in‑office). Strong understanding of business planning and practice development strategies. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com is a plus. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Efficient time‑management and multi‑tasking under pressure. Consultative, supportive approach to assist with customer needs. Self‑directed, passionate, and adaptable to change. Highly organized with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical Demands Sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting/pushing/pulling and carrying products weighing up to 45 pounds. Valid driver’s license; up to 70%-80% travel.
