What You’ll Do Go where the competitors are — college campuses, athletic events, gyms, and networking events. Sell the Legion lifestyle — the competition, the rewards, and the culture that pushes people to win. Own the recruiting process from first contact to first day on the sales floor. Constantly hunt — cold outreach, social DMs, in-person networking — to keep a deep bench of future Problem Solvers ready. Protect the culture. Proven recruiter OR natural closer who can find and win over talent in unconventional ways. High-energy communicator who can fire up a room or light a spark in a one-on-one conversation.
