Adecco is actively recruiting for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join a reputable client in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will be an essential part of the operations team, ensuring smooth and safe handling of inventory through the operation of forklifts and other industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment to unload, transport, and organize products throughout the warehouse.

• Accurately prepare, load, and stage shipments to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Support inventory control processes and maintain compliance with safety standards.

• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience or similar warehouse/distribution equipment handling.

• Valid PIT certification or ability to maintain compliance with certification requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., and stand or walk for extended periods.

• Capable of performing physical movements such as bending, reaching, and twisting as required.

• Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, testing/repair, or distribution is highly advantageous.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday (includes shift differential pay)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
