Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg/Tele — Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Start date: 07/07/2026. Assignment duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,082–$2,130 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights on a rotating schedule (3x12) with weekend rotation; on-call shifts may be required. Setting: hospital travel assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to adult Med Surg/Observation Unit patients using the nursing process
- Assess patient status, implement plans, administer medications, and monitor responses to treatments
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
- Maintain patient safety, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekend coverage as required by staffing needs

Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license
- BLS (American Heart Association)
- ACLS (American Heart Association)
- Flu vaccination (mandatory; no declinations accepted) from this flu season (Oct 1 through Apr 1)
- Experience: minimum 2 years Acute Care/Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience; at least 3 years RN Med Surg experience
- Ability to work night shifts and participate in call rotation
