Responsible for developing and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable workflows, integrations, and automated service processes.

- Workflows / Flow Designer automation
- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and external enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements and convert business use cases into technical solutions.
- Perform testing, deployments, debugging, and production support.
- Create technical documentation and ensure ITIL alignment.
