About the Role:

Strikers East Bowling Center in Raymond, NH is looking for a skilled and energetic Fry Cook to join our kitchen team for approximately 35 hours! If you love working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in serving up delicious, quality food, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor deep fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food safety and handling guidelines
• Keep the fry station clean, organized, and fully stocked during service
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor oil quality and perform fryer maintenance as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a fry cook or in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
