With 24 beers on tap, a top-tier wine list, and creative craft cocktails, we're all about delivering a laid-back yet elevated experienceand we're looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to help us do just that.

Our restaurant offers over 200 indoor and outdoor seats, plush lounge spaces with fire pits, and views that can't be beat. As part of the award-winning Shade Hotel Redondo Beach, guests enjoy 54 luxury marina-view rooms, a rooftop Aquadeck, and unforgettable events in our waterfront spaces. What We're Looking For:

We're hiring a Bartender who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to grow with a supportive, tight-knit team. You bring the talent and energywe'll bring the opportunity.

Must Have:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced upscale or fine dining environment
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A guest-first mindset and a love for making people feel welcome
• Availability to work weekends and evenings (flexibility appreciatedwe'll return the favor!)

What You'll Do:

• Craft and serve food and drinks with confidence and care
• Build rapport with guests and elevate their dining experience
• Handle allergies, dietary needs, and special requests with precision
• Keep the bar and dining areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and attitude
• Contribute to a positive and fun team atmosphereevery shift
