Impactful COTA: Home Health OT Assistant

Commonwealth Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver home-based OT services in Indiana. You will help restore patients to their fullest physical ability under OT supervision and adhere to state regulations. This full-time role requires 32 hours per week, with consideration for 20+ hours for part-time.
