This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible working hours while maintaining a structured approach to client care. As a part of our telehealth facility, you will utilize secure online platforms for client sessions, ensuring a comfortable environment without geographical limitations. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing standardized psychological tools and methods.

  • Craft and implement tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches that have proven effective.

  • Facilitate therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring that interventions remain aligned with clients' evolving mental health goals.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and connecting them with appropriate resources as needed.
  • \n
  • Maintain thorough and accurate client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards established by relevant licensing bodies and the psychiatric profession.
  • \n
  • Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance client outcomes.

  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment through continuous education and research, participating in workshops and seminars to enhance clinical skills.
  • \n
  • Seek ongoing supervision and mentorship to refine your therapeutic techniques and increase your effectiveness as a practitioner.

  • Uphold ethical guidelines and professional standards as stipulated by local and national mental health organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, each facing an array of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the cultural and socio-economic factors influencing mental health, you will use an empathetic approach to foster trust and engagement with every client.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

  • Must hold current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).

  • Proficient clinical assessment skills and the ability to create actionable treatment plans.

  • Strong interpersonal communication abilities to connect effectively with clients and collaborate with peers.

Preferred Experience\n
