Benefits Top competitive wages Paid Time Off Supervision and mentorship for those pursuing BCBA certification Health, Dental, Vision insurance Hourly Wages $25-35/hour Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities Desire to learn and work independently at times Duties Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in a variety of settings including the client’s home, school, and/or the community. Help learners gain life skills that will increase the learner’s independence (communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, vocational skills) Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors through the use of evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors. Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, and write detailed session notes to inform BCBA decisions.
