You will work on our primary consumer-facing applications and websites.

Overall Summary: The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered digital experiences, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to developing high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes. This role requires a strong understanding of both user behavior and visual design principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers and engineers, conducting usability testing, iterating on designs based on feedback, ensuring accessibility standards, and maintaining design system consistency. You will contribute significantly to the creative direction of digital products. You will not have direct management responsibilities.

What skills are an essential must have? Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), experience with user research methodologies, strong understanding of information architecture and interaction design, excellent visual design skills, and a portfolio demonstrating successful UX/UI projects.
