Position Overview The Medical Director, Interventional Pulmonology will serve as the clinical and strategic leader responsible for developing, launching, and growing VHC Health's Interventional Pulmonology program. Because this is a new and expanding service line, the organization seeks a physician leader with substantial experience in procedural pulmonology, program building, multidisciplinary care coordination, and operational leadership. This role is ideal for a physician who is energized by the opportunity to establish clinical infrastructure, expand procedural capabilities, standardize care pathways, and shape the future vision of advanced pulmonary and thoracic disease management across the health system. The Medical Director will work closely with executive leadership, thoracic surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, critical care, radiology, pathology, anesthesia, and nursing leadership to create a high‑quality, integrated Interventional Pulmonology program focused on exceptional patient outcomes, innovation, and growth.
