Willingness to learn and grow in this environment is key. Full-time commitment with a 25-30 student caseload. Starting January: Full-time position within a typical elementary setting, where multiple social workers offer collegial support. Caseload is 25-30 students. To thrive in these roles, you will need: A master's degree in social work. Either three ten-letter recommendations for school social work roles, or preliminary certification in MOECS. An encouraging, committed attitude- especially in the ASD-focused position, where a readiness to learn is highly valued. Core responsibilities: Provide social-emotional support and interventions for elementary students. Collaborate closely with teaching staff and other school social workers. Help develop and implement individualized plans for students, ensuring their success and well-being. Engage with parents and guardians as key partners in student progress.
