Pasta Maker

• Prepare fresh and cooked pasta dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Cook and plate menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning, and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pasta station and surrounding work areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Assist with daily prep work, inventory rotation, and stocking.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members to ensure timely service.
• Support banquet and special event operations as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude while delivering exceptional quality during high-volume service.

• Previous experience as a Pasta Cook, Line Cook, or similar culinary role preferred.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and fresh pasta preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one).
