About the Role
The Company is seeking an AVP, Assistant Treasurer to join their team. This senior Treasury leader will be a strategic partner responsible for all aspects of capital structure initiatives, including analysis, recommendations, and capital-raising efforts. The role involves leading the structuring, negotiation, and management of complex financing transactions, as well as developing and evolving the company's capital structure and liquidity strategy. The successful candidate will also be tasked with maintaining and strengthening relationships with various financial partners and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years' of experience in treasury, capital markets, or corporate finance. The role requires deep experience in capital markets transactions, structured finance, and a proven track record of leadership in managing teams and complex financial initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and analytical expertise, advanced problem-solving skills, and experience with treasury management systems and financial platforms. Leadership and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to drive change and lead a high-performing team. The role also demands a collaborative leadership style and a focus on developing the team's capabilities in both technical expertise and digital fluency.
