Charge Nurse (RN/LVN)

Job Summary:

Cedar Lake Wellness & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Malakoff, Texas, United States . As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction. About the Role:

As a Charge Nurse (RN/LVN) , you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while also overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility. Your duties will include:

• Leadership and Management : Supervise and coordinate the activities of RNs, LVNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Patient Care Coordination : Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions.
• Staff Education and Development : Provide guidance and support to less-experienced nurses, and participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Quality Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing patient care and facility operations.

Requirements:

Current RN or LVN licensure and active registration with the Texas State Board of Nursing.
Strong communication and leadership skills , with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work varying shifts , including days, nights, and weekends.
