We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers who genuinely love serving people and are passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate is warm, engaging, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. We are looking for individuals who naturally smile, anticipate guests' needs, and take pride in delivering personalized, memorable service.

Experience in World's 50 Best, Bib Gourmands, or Michelin-starred restaurants is strongly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Create memorable dining experiences through attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
• Develop expert knowledge of the food menu, beverage program, cocktail list, and wine offerings to confidently guide guest recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction throughout the meal, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Process guest payments accurately while following all cash-handling and POS procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized service stations and assist with table maintenance, resetting, and side work throughout each shift.
• Work collaboratively with server assistants, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and company standards.
• Report service issues, guest concerns, or maintenance needs promptly to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service.
• Ability to quickly memorize the restaurant floor plan, table numbers, food menu, beverage program, and daily specials.
• Passion for hospitality with a genuine desire to serve others and exceed guest expectations.
• Naturally positive attitude with the ability to always greet guests with a smile and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Experience using POS systems and handling guest payments.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in English.

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
