Contract & Service Level Manager — Remote 2 Days/Week

KNAPP North America is seeking a Service Level Manager to handle customer service contract management, including negotiating contracts with customers and managing long-term care contracts. The role requires collaboration with Corporate Counsel and leadership, with SAP-based contract administration and ERP updates. The candidate will draft and amend contracts, monitor billing plans and deadlines, and liaise with internal teams and KNAPP subsidiaries, including coordination with the parent company #J-18808-Ljbffr KNAPP North America
