Drive Quality Operations: Monitor daily operations to ensure programs meet the highest regulatory standards, accreditation goals, and personalized care needs. Forge Community Connections: Serve as the face of Mosaic in Rockford! Build powerful local partnerships, engage with state/local entities, and lead exciting community fundraising events. Manage with Strategic Vision: Translate financial metrics into smart operational decisions, balancing budget goals with top-tier service delivery. Schedule may vary, depending on the needs of the people who experience our services, the sustainable fundraising events, community events, and governmental affair events. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Operational Expertise: Proven background in budget management, staff development, and quality compliance preferred. Community Builder: Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills to connect with families, state officials, and community leaders.
