Immediate opening for a Sample Coordinator in Redlands, CA who possesses:

1–2 years of phone customer service experience
Experience with accurate record keeping and maintenance, particularly for invoices and orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

** FULL DESCRIPTION: **

This position is directly responsible for all tracking and record keeping related to auto parts samples.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
Receiving, fulfilling, and updating all order requests received from the Product Management or Quality Control Teams
Maintaining accurate record-keeping of all transactions such as invoices, orders, and receipt verification for Development, Quality Control Samples, and special request projects
Processing sample returns for Development, Quality Control, and special request projects
Providing timely notification and filing of samples for Product Managers
Assisting in the tracking of all parts once ordered
Organizing all sample request records and invoices
Respectfully and diligently taking on any other job duties assigned

The selected candidate will also possess:

Exceptional data entry skills with speed and accuracy
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good telephone and email techniques and etiquette
High organization with great attention to detail
Initiative to complete daily tasks and projects
