We are growing and seeking an experienced HR Administrator to help us manage and enhance our HR operations. Position Overview: The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting employees throughout their lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Administer payroll, benefits, and leave programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Prepare HR reports and support audits. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or similar industry. Knowledge of State of Florida AHCA requirement Some knowledge of CHAP standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
