Job Title: RN Manager – Surgery
Location: Portsmouth, NH
Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Days | No Weekends
Compensation: $47.30/hr – $65.20/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Manager – Surgery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Portsmouth, NH.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily OR operations including scheduling and patient flow
• Support patient rounding and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical coordinators and educators on staff competency development
• Assist with admission and discharge coordination
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff members
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
• Provide counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Support budgeting and departmental operational planning
• Evaluate patient outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain clinical expertise within Surgical Services

Qualifications
• Active New Hampshire RN License required
• 1–3 years OR nursing experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Leadership or OR Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required
• Strong OR Charge Nurses also considered
