*The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $160,000 per year, with an expected OTE of $300,000 - $320,000. - The ACV & Earnings: You aren't chasing small fry deals. You'll be hunting high stakes $250k+ ACV enterprise partnerships with an uncapped OTE of $320k+
- The AI Edge: You'll be selling the most advanced Frontline AI in the market. You won't just be a "vendor"; you'll be a strategic partner helping C-suites navigate the automation of the sales floor.
- Pure Greenfield: We have an industry leading product market fit and a massive, untouched territory. This is a "Right Time, Right Place" opportunity for a builder.
- Elite Culture: You'll report directly to our VP of Sales, US, in a high accountability environment that values MEDDPICC discipline and strategic solution-selling.
- Hunt & Close: Lead the end to end sales cycle for the world's most recognizable retail and hospitality brands.
- Strategic Architecture: Partner with our Solutions Engineers to map YOOBIC's AI capabilities to complex enterprise pain points.
- Territory Ownership: Act as the "CEO" of your territory, building a high-velocity pipeline through sophisticated outbound strategies and thought leadership.
- Predictable Success: Maintain rigorous forecasting and deal hygiene, leveraging our structured sales methodology to consistently crush your quarterly targets.
- The Pedigree: Seasoned experience in a high-growth Complex Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of closing $250k+ ACV deals.
- The Method: You are a disciple of MEDDPICC or Challenger and believe in the power of a structured, data driven sales process.
- The Connector : You are credible in the boardroom, able to multi thread across C-suite personas (CEO, COO, CIO) to build consensus.
- The Hunter-Mentor: You are a self starter who loves the "grind" of pipe gen but also enjoys mentoring our BDR team to level up the entire organization.
- Compensation : $150k-$160k Base | $300k-$320k OTE (Uncapped).
