We are looking for a relationship-driven partner who excels at asking the right questions to truly understand our clients' visions. You'll own your customer relationships from the first conversation to the finished product: answering inquiries, building quotes, following up, and moving each order through to completion. You'll work alongside our existing sales team and coordinate with design and production to get jobs done right. Duties Include Greet and assist walk-in, email, E-commerce, and phone customers. Chat and connect with customers and decision-makers. Recommend excellent products and follow Brand Standards. Find and contact sales prospects creatively. Build and manage a leads list through referrals, calls, mail, and email. Follow up on new leads from calls, marketing, and emails. Learn pricing and proposal models Handle project paperwork and follow procedures from start to finish. Prepare estimates and follow up on them. Update customers on order status and schedule changes. Execute fun marketing tasks: mailers, thank-you cards, call-mail-call programs, press releases, and campaigns. Keep the retail space clean, organized, and inviting. Support the team with reports, invoicing, and regular paperwork. Prepare and share status reports for weekly team meetings. Assist with the company’s marketing plans when needed. Conduct market research, competitive shopping, and customer surveys. Resolve customer issues with a smile. Build great relationships with support departments. What We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales—ideally with some exposure to the print or signage industry. You should be entirely comfortable handling phone calls, managing detailed job orders, and staying organized in a fast-paced retail environment. Most importantly, you are someone who naturally converses with business owners as a consultant rather than a high-pressure salesperson. Previous Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist Experience Proven, seasoned experience in high-impact customer-facing or sales-driven environments. Demonstrated ability to actively drive sales growth and exceed performance targets. Professional experience with handling calls, call routing, and message taking.
