Location: 281 Redbud St., Rogersville, MO

Position Summary

As a Setup Facility Foreman your responsibilities are to help throughput of equipment being assembled, unload trucks, assemble equipment, and keep yard organized. This position reports to the Corporate Service Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Set up and equipment
• Supervise up to 3 technicians
• Load and unload equipment from trucks
• Must work well within a team enviroment
• Must bring your own tools

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Previous experience as a service technician, mechanic, or other related fields
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self-starter and motivated individual
• Work safely, following all S&H safety procedures

Scheduling requirements

• Work hours can be between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Minimum of 5 days and 40 hours per week, unless time off is approved
• Limited overtime is possible

• Must Be Able to Lift up to 50 pounds
• Sitting or Standing for Extended Periods of Time
• Navigating Stairs and Inclines
• Traverse on Rock, Gravel or Uneven Ground
• Exposure to Outside Elements on Regular Basis
• High noise level due to engines running
• Exposure to diesel fumes
• Wear safety items in the shop (safety glasses, steel toed boots)
• Data entry and computer use
