NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS: $250 AFTER 90 DAYS Additional $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS AVAILABLE PROGRAM POSITIONS: DAY SUPPORT: $14 - $15/Hour - 8 am - 5 pm / Mon-Friday COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: $14 - $15/Hour - 8 am - 5 pm / Mon-Friday Duties: Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance, and outreach in the Community. Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; ensures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assists individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; completes data collection in accordance with the person-centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. Our Community Engagement and Community Coaching program gives individuals the opportunity to participate in community activities like training, volunteering, and other activities to build their independence and social skills REQUIREMENTS: ACTIVE AND UP TO DATE DRIVER'S LICENSE High school diploma, GED, or 2 Years of documented experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Special Ed, etc. DMV record and Social Security Card Must pass criminal background investigation Must be fully vaccinated #J-18808-Ljbffr
