Hope Network seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Hope Network seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with mental health and developmental needs. The RN completes clinical assessments, develops and updates care plans, administers and monitors medications, and responds to behavioral and psychiatric crises using trauma-informed approaches. In this collaborative, mission-driven setting, you’ll work closely with therapists, case managers, and direct support staff, coordinate with families and community providers, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. Conduct comprehensive behavioral health and nursing assessments for individuals with mental health and developmental needs Develop, implement, and update individualized, person-centered care plans Administer and monitor psychiatric and medical medications, including side effects and effectiveness Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning using trauma-informed approaches Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record Collaborate with therapists, case managers, physicians, and direct support staff on coordinated care Educate clients and families on diagnoses, medications, coping skills, and wellness strategies Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning Ensure compliance with nursing standards, agency policies, and regulatory requirements Support a culture of dignity, inclusion, and empowerment aligned with Hope Network’s mission Behavioral health assessment Care planning and care coordination Medication administration and monitoring Crisis intervention and de-escalation Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Interdisciplinary team collaboration Patient and family education Risk and safety assessment Trauma-informed care practices Regulatory and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, Joint Commission) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MI BLS/CPR certification CPI or equivalent de-escalation training (preferred) Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification - PMH-BC (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
