Warehouse Associate

PROMAN Staffing executes daily operational logistics within the hardware distribution facility. This role is responsible for the accurate receipt, scanning, inventory allocation, and outbound shipment of telecommunications networking equipment. Core Responsibilities

• Inbound Logistics: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming hardware shipments against purchase orders or bills of lading. Report any discrepancies or product damage immediately.
• Inventory Control: Utilize inventory software and handheld RF scanners to track, document, and serialize equipment. Execute routine cycle counts to maintain data integrity.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label outbound international and domestic customer orders according to precise pick lists and shipping specifications.
• Kitting & Staging: Organize and prepare hardware kits, ensuring all specific power cords, brackets, and documentation are included prior to final packaging.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with safety regulations and facility operating standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an electronics, technology, or manufacturing warehouse environment preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with barcode scanners, computerized inventory systems, and basic computer applications.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive manual tasks.
