About the Role

The Company is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the internal and external financial reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information. This role is pivotal in providing financial reports to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders. The Financial Reporting Manager will also be involved in regulatory reporting, examination support, external audits, and financial analysis. Collaboration with various departments is essential to support financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or finance experience, with a preference for those who have worked in a financial institution. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, and a CPA designation is preferred. The role demands a strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting principles, and regulatory reporting requirements. Experience in supporting internal and external audits, advanced analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are also necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in public accounting, particularly in audit or assurance services for financial institutions, and a proven track record of analyzing financial information and preparing reports for executive leadership.
