We are supporting multiple high‑level automotive, performance OEM, and motorsport clients across Europe, all delivering technically demanding, long‑term projects. Due to sustained programme demand, we’re seeking experienced Composite Laminators to support a range of prestigious contract assignments. For freelance professionals, minimum contract length is 6 months , with strong potential for extensions across ongoing programmes. The Opportunity You’ll be working at the core of composite manufacturing, responsible for the lay‑up and lamination of advanced composite components used in elite engineering environments. These programmes demand absolute precision, process discipline, and consistency — with quality standards aligned to high‑performance automotive, hypercar, and motorsport builds . Projects may include: Hypercars and high‑performance road vehicles Factory and customer motorsport programmes Prototype, low‑volume, and R&D builds Structural carbon fibre components and aerodynamic assemblies Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary depending on client and programme, but typically include: Hand lay‑up of carbon fibre and composite materials Pre‑preg lay‑up and vacuum bagging processes Working with mould tools and complex geometries Maintaining ply orientation and accurate material placement Use of core materials (honeycomb, foam, etc.) Preparation and loading of parts for curing (autoclave / oven) Tool preparation, release application, and material handling Working from engineering drawings, ply books, and technical instructions Ensuring consistent quality, accuracy, and repeatability What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Composite Laminator Background in automotive, motorsport, aerospace, or high‑performance engineering Strong understanding of composite lay‑up techniques and processes Experience working with pre‑preg carbon fibre systems Ability to read and follow technical drawings and ply books High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments Willingness to commit to long‑term contract work Flexibility to work across European project locations (role‑dependent) What’s on Offer Long‑term contract opportunities on prestigious programmes Work with elite automotive & motorsport clients Competitive contract rates (experience dependent) Exposure to cutting‑edge composite technologies Opportunity to secure ongoing contract assignments across Europe Contract Details Engagement type: Contract / Freelance Minimum contract length: 6 months Location: Multiple European sites Start dates: Ongoing and programme‑specific Interested?
