Financial Advisors offer investment advisory services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser. Registered Representatives offer securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), a licensed insurance agency - Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/VFull-time agents/advisers and their dependents are immediately eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and group term life insurance.

$135,500 - $165,500 at plan

• Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

• Mentor and coach team members, empowering them to achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional client service
• Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with company goals, ensuring consistent progress and innovation
• Analyze market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for new insurance and investment solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
• Facilitate regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest financial products and industry developments, enhancing their expertise and confidence

• Experience in leading and inspiring teams to achieve collective goals and foster a collaborative environment

• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that expand client bases and enhance service offerings

• Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members to achieve professional goals and deliver exceptional client service
