Overview Prep Cook – Indian River Estates. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate prep cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will help prepare food items needed for meal service, following established recipes and portion control guidelines. Our food philosophy emphasizes fresh and healthy options alongside indulgent ones in a scratch-kitchen environment. The role supports the brand’s culinary culture, vision, and future success by ensuring timely preparation of ingredients and adherence to recipes. Responsibilities Prepare food items needed for meal service according to established recipes and portion control guidelines. Support the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold food safety standards.
