Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 nursing care to assigned student(s), supporting their health needs throughout the school day
• Administer medications and perform necessary medical procedures per individualized health plans
• Monitor student condition, document care, and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate team members
• Serve as a health resource and advocate for students, collaborating closely with educators and families
• Participate in IEP or care planning meetings as needed
• Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for learning
