This is a hybrid leadership role based in Austin, requiring 3–4 in-office days per week and up to 25% travel. Lead a team of four (4) to deliver six-month, complex fintech API implementations for top-tier North American partners (large banks, online platforms, high-volume fintechs). Define and execute our regional implementation strategy, aligning delivery outcomes to revenue goals. Manage multiple enterprise-scale projects, balancing technical complexity, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across Account Managers, Solution Engineers, Delivery Leads, and CSMs. Candidates must bring 10+ years of experience, with at least 8 years in technical implementations and 2–4 years in leadership. Official Job Description We're looking for an Implementation Lead to drive and scale complex, high-impact partnerships across North America. You’ll lead the North America regional implementation team, setting the standard for seamless delivery of payment solutions while coaching and enabling others to reach ambitious growth goals. This role is critical to our mission of launching fast, scalable, and world-class integrations. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding our products and partnerships in the region, working with some of our most complex partners. With a strong focus on revenue impact, solution quality, and long-term growth, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to manage both technical and strategic implementations, shape scalable delivery models, and ensure operational excellence. What You’ll Do Create a regional implementation strategy that aligns to our regional business goals and support its execution and evolution. Own all facets of implementation in North America, responsible for the team hitting KPIs and helping drive to business outcomes Coach and develop the team to deliver multiple complex integrations across products and large-scale partners. Own all facets of project management in region, including identifying & mitigating risks and plan, prioritize, and manage competing project timelines with precision and foresight. Own implementation decisions and trade-offs, ensuring alignment across all impacted stakeholders. Maintain exceptional project governance with clean, clear data and no surprises. Build strong internal and external relationships to drive delivery and shape cross-functional collaboration. Act as the voice of our company in partner conversations, influencing decision-making and alignment across stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop a team of four, empowering them to deliver complex integrations across multiple products and partners.
