Overview Sentara Medical Group has a full‑time opening for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family and Internal Medicine at our CarePlex West location in Hampton, VA. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice in a modern, well‑supported outpatient setting alongside five physicians, two APPs, and an experienced clinical support team. Location Hampton, VA Work Shift First (Days) Provider Specialty Primary Care Position Highlights Monday‑Friday schedule (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin) Flexibility to work a 4 or 5‑day work week Average of 16–20 patients per day Provide care to patients ages 13 and up for primary care needs No call expectation Benefit Highlights Comprehensive Benefits & Retirement Package Up to $14,400 annual QPI Bonus
