Read MoreJOB PURPOSEThe Analyst, Accounting and Reporting will be responsible for the monthly and quarterly accounting for stock-based compensation, lease accounting, equity investments, and assisting with various projects as needed. This role will also be responsible for quarter-end reporting deliverables. This role will report to the Manager, Consolidations.Note: This position is hybrid and the candidate will be expected to be on site at PHINIA's World Headquarters in Auburn Hills 3 days per week.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare accounting for stock-based compensation, earnings per share, lease accounting, equity investments and other areas as needed, including journal entries, footnotes, reconciliations, and executive reporting.Support quarter-end financial reporting disclosures, including but not limited to the external press release, external earnings call deck and script.Support the consolidations process as needed.Assist in various projects and preparation of ad-hoc reports.What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in public accountingCPA or CPA eligible requiredMBA a plusSEC Reporting experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood organizational skillsMust be able to work in a team environmentHighly driven / self-starterEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYPHINIA is an equal employment opportunity employer such that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.VISA SPONSORSHIPFor this role, applicants must be currently authorized to work on a full-time basis in the country where the position is based.
