As a Food Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing and packaging high-quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and workplace safety. Schedule: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: $18.60 - $20.60/hour Responsibilities
- Inspect food products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Remove defective products and materials as needed
- Package, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Safely operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement
- Support production lines to maintain efficient operations
- Clean equipment and work areas in accordance with GMP and food safety standards
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
- Assist with cross-training and other production-related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
